There’s no escaping it, it’s been a manic couple of weeks. I have packed up and moved to a new town, for the seventh time in as many years. I have started a brand new, and hence extremely nerve-shattering, job as a secondary school history teacher. I have joined a gym and attended to as many sessions as I physically can. I have barely had a second to sit down and gather my thoughts, but when I did I wrote a guest post for an amazing blog called Ramblings of a Singleton. It’s the kind of title I could have picked to describe my own blog, although I feel I am definitely growing into “There and Back Again.” (Thanks for the words Tolkien!) It’s becoming a great forum for people to blog about singlehood, dating and relationships, and to express their views on a whole host of topics. This variety means that it’s got something for everyone so go and check it out. I was drawn into doing the guest post because I share a lot of views with the singleton who runs the blog. I hope that you all enjoy my post, but have a read through the rest of the blog as there are some fantastic viewpoints on display.
My guest post will go up tomorrow, and I will update this post with a link when it’s up.

Thanks so much for being the latest guest writer! Ssssh ... don't tell the others, but I think it might be my favourite so far hehehe :-)
Thank you so much for having me on your blog! It's just a relief to know that I am not the only one who thinks like this! I have a couple of friends who were in the same boat, and thankfully now that they are in relationships they don't feel the need to change their way of life and become someone's other half! But that's not always the case. Anywho, I could rant on for a while, have a nice weekend!
Jo
